About the role

We are looking for a HR Senior Executive / Executive – Talent Acquisition (TA) to support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS management, employee records and HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer preparation, onboarding and staff orientation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure all required personal documents are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movements, including contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment and resignation.
• Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card and other required identification card processing.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including handling HR-related queries, reports and employee data management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate payroll processing and resolve payroll-related matters.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects, events, functions and other HR initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and regulations.
• Support other HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in recruitment/TA and HR operations will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of HRIS/HRMS systems and experience in maintaining employee data is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changes and able to multitask.
• Meticulous, organised, resourceful and detail-oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HRIS system (HRIQ) is a plus.
