Baker (Central Kitchen)

Working days: 4 Days Off per Month

Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm ; Sat: 7:30am - 12:30pm

Rest Time: 30min - 1 hour

Salary: $2300 - $3000

Location: Bedok

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads and other bakery products according to recipes and production requirements.
• Measure, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake dough.
• Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment.
• Ensure consistency in product quality, size, texture, and appearance.
• Follow daily production schedules and meet required production quantities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with packing and storage of finished products when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a commercial/central kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of bread-making and basic baking techniques.
• Able to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Able to operate basic bakery equipment.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
