Job Description:
Develop project specifications, schematics, and layouts to meet design requirements.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other design professionals to determine project requirements.
Conduct site visits to gather information and make recommendations for design changes.
Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Prepare and present design concepts and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
Lead and manage project teams, delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior members of the team.
Staying current on industry trends, technology, and best practices to bring new ideas to the company.
To manage all documents for the project(s).
Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other.
works being assigned from time to time.
Maintaining and updating the database.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences / drawings / documents reports are organized according to Project Filing Code.
Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence.
Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person.
Review each document for conformity and accuracy.
Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects.
Ensure delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines.
Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs.
Maintain an updated records of all approved documents.
Requirements:
Recognized Degree / Diploma in Architectural, Engineering or equivalent.
Safety certificate, e.g. BCSS.
Min 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Construction Industry with main con.
Good Knowledge of Aconex & Newforma is preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and independent.
