Position:Customer Service Officer (Banking Sector)
Location: Jurong or Changi depending on preferred location andproximity from residence

Training: First 2 months of training will beconducted at Changi Location.

WorkTimings: Afternoon Shifts: 1pm to 10 pm/2 pm to 11 pm/3 pmto 12 pm ( 1 week day off and 1 weekend off )

Job Requirements:
1. Comfortable with using computerapplications and tools.
2. Background in customer-facingroles (front or backend) is preferred.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Achieve set Customer Centertargets (KPIs) while upholding service quality.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance forcustomer requests.
- Promote the Bank's products andservices through cross-selling.
- Assist customers in transitioningto the Bank's digital platform based on their preferences.
- Uphold professional standards wheninteracting with customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in workdeployment as needed.
- Assist Operations in managingcustomer requests and transactional follow-ups.
- On the job training will beprovided.
