Project Engineer (Electrical)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• To involve Electrical Detail Engineering Work concern with Electrical Load, Transformer, MCC sizing. Short Circuit Calculation, Transient Load Study, Motor Acceleration, and Protection Relay coordination, Termination, Layout, Hazard Area Classification, Material Take-off, TBE, and Procurements.
• Assess and monitor progress claims and sub-contractors' claims
• Monitor manpower, machinery and material distribution in all projects
• Ensure that all installation, testing and monitoring of electrical services are carried out according to specification or latest codes of practice
• Perform quality check and ensuring products meet customers’ requirements and expectations
• Prepare operation and maintenance manual upon completion of project
• Monitor and control workers, sub-contractors, materials and equipment
• Participate in technical, coordination and progress meetings with customers
• Participate in electrical designs
• Perform load calculation for HT and LV network
• Coordinate with other trade services on the power requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• For Singaporean/PR only
• Bachelor degree / Diploma in engineering, preferably in Electrical Power
• Experiences in relevant fields added advantage.
• Ability to read and understand Electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of size sub-main cable, sub-boards, & distribution boards
• Autocad skills & basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Able to work in a fast-paced built environment and handle tight deadlines
