Project Co-ordinator

Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects

Monitor project daily process and progress and report to Project Manager

Manage, schedule, keep track of site progress for manpower allocation

Attend site meetings, co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings, internal project meetings

Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis

Ensure all sub-contractors are safety inducted and issued with pass, if any, before commencement of work

Resolve site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advise from Project Manager as appropriate

Follow up on all aspects of QA/QC matters

Co-ordinate daily activities of workers' duties and ensures that they are performed in a proper manner

Keep proper record and documentation

Possess relevant safety certification like Supervise Construction Work for Workplace Safety and Health (formerly BCSS), Manage Work at Height

Related experience in building facade, aluminium and glazing and related works

Able to work under fast paced / stress environment

Communicate in Chinese with subcontractors
