Job Description
- Conduct valuation of real estate in all sectors including Residential, Commercial and Industrial for financial reporting, taxation, IPOs and expert witness
- Scope of work includes research, detailed analysis and prepare good quality valuation report
- Co-ordinating with team members
- 5-Day work week
- Good work life balance

Requirements
- A keen interest in expert witness work
- Professional Diploma or Degree in Estate Management is required
- Member of SISV is preferred
- Strong organisation skills
