Manager, Life Student Care

At Life Community, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow with confidence and thrive. We are looking for a Manager, Life Student Care (LSC) to lead and grow our Student Care services across our four centres.

What you'll do

• Lead and grow LSC services – develop service plans, programmes and new initiatives in response to the needs of children, families and the community.
• Drive service quality – establish service standards, monitor performance and lead programme evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Develop people – lead, coach and develop centre supervisors and staff, including manpower planning, recruitment and training.
• Build partnerships – develop strong relationships with schools, government agencies, corporates and community partners.
• Support organisational growth – contribute to fundraising events, corporate partnerships, projects and the development of the LSC brand.

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Social Work, Education, Social Sciences, Business or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, with experience in programme or team management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker who is also hands-on, organised and outcome-oriented.
• Passionate about working with children and families.
• Experience in student care, education, social services or community programmes is an advantage.
