Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing financial reporting to management
• Assist the Finance Manager in all related areas such as statutory audit, corporate tax and GST
• Coordinate and liaise with parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company

Job Requirement

• Possess LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
• Experience in property management accounting / MCST accounts Familiar with GST filing and IRAS
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Pleasant deposition with a positive attitude and a good team player
• Attention to detail, good time management and organizing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on working knowledge on MYOB is a plus
