Supervisor

Job Description

• Oversee daily cleaning operations, may require across multiple job sites.
• Lead and manage site cleaners to ensure service quality and coverage.
• Provide hands-on support with onsite cleaning when needed.
• Plan manpower allocation, create work schedules, and manage attendance records.
• Resolve onsite issues including conflict resolution, service recovery, and incident reporting.
• Supervise the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Execute ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.

🎓 Requirements

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Willingness to perform onsite cleaning tasks during manpower shortages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
