Job Description
- Receive and process incoming goods while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch according to operational requirements
- Prepare and verify delivery documentation, packing lists and inventory records
- Monitor stock movements and report inventory discrepancies when identified
- Support stock count and inventory reconciliation activities
- Load and unload goods safely using warehouse equipment where applicable
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics activities with internal stakeholders
- Ensure products are correctly labelled, stored and dispatched
- Maintain warehouse organisation, housekeeping and safety standards
- Support general logistics, transportation and operational activities as required
The Successful Applicant
- Has 3 years of warehouse experience within similar industries such as manufacturing, technology, and maritime.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using inventory or business systems
- Ability to learn and utilise ERP, SAP or similar operational platforms
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or supply chain operations would be advantageous
- Comfortable handling physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving inventory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently within a team environment
- Valid Class 3 driving licence with a good driving history. Forklift or reach truck experience is highly regarded.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
