Key responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food production machines and equipment.
- Prepare, weigh, and load raw materials according to recipes or production schedules.
- Pack, label, and inspect finished RTE food products.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
- Follow hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete production records and report machine or product issues to supervisors.
- Assist with stock movement and other production-related tasks.
