About this job
- Implement company wide BIM standards, workflow and BIM Execution plan and protocols, and best practices across all assigned projects.
- Lead, manage, train and mentor Modeller to ensure on time and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee and coordinate BIM models with other disciplines.
- Conduct clash detection and manage coordination processes using tools such as Navisworks.
- Review and audit BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to project teams.
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions and project documentation.
- Prepare operation and maintenance drawing records.
- Ensure drawings are completed accurately, on time and according to project specifications and quality requirements.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Certificate in BIM Management from BCA Academy.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on BIM modeling and coordination experience in the Singapore construction industry.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong familiarity with Singapore BIM / VDC guidelines, and authority submission requirements.
