12 Months UAT Quality Assurance Analyst (Insurance) | Up to $5000 #NKA

Location: Marina One

Duration: 12 months

Salary: Up to $5000 + 1 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Review requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Prepare test plans, schedules, test cases and scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end and manual testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business workflows.
• Log, track, retest and manage defects with developers and vendors.
• Coordinate testing activities with business users, developers and stakeholders.
• Maintain test documentation, reports, evidence and quality metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of Software QA and enterprise application testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in test planning, test cases, defect management and UAT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial Services, Banking or Insurance experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM, advisor/policy administration systems, API testing or system integrations is advantageous.
