Senior Business Architect | East

Our client is a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective WMS and system solutions
• Support end-to-end WMS implementation, including system configuration, testing, deployment, user training and post-go-live support
• Support WMS migrations, upgrades, change requests, troubleshooting and system enhancements
• Configure WMS applications and validate EDI/API requirements in collaboration with Operations and IT
• Work closely with Operations, IT and business stakeholders to improve system adoption and process standardisation
• Develop reports, dashboards, automation and digital solutions to improve operational visibility, efficiency and data quality
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through workflow analysis, performance data and root cause analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related disciplines
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in application support, system implementation, business analysis, contract logistics operations, operational reporting or process improvement
• Experience in WMS implementation, warehouse system support, application configuration, logistics technology projects or an international logistics environment
• Strong understanding of WMS implementation and support
• Experience with Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher is required
• Good understanding of contract logistics, warehouse processes and system-enabled operations
• Strong capabilities in requirements analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation support and documentation
• Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Python or similar tools will be an advantage
• Lean Six Sigma, Business Analytics or Data Analytics certification will be an advantage
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, user training, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels
