HR Executive

Job Description

• Facilitate the on-boarding/off-boarding process by preparing the letter of appointment/end of employment letter, work pass application/termination, and coordinate with the respective departments;
• Collect and compile all necessary documents to create new hire’s profile
• Monitor and coordinate work passes renewal and its related administration;
• Assist in drive employee engagement by collating data and analyse workers’ feedbacks pertaining to work environment, remunerations and job fit;
• Involve in the implementation of HR processes such as manpower planning, recruitment, compliance with local legislation and labour laws;
• Handling and supporting additional projects as needed
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding/offboarding, new-hire orientations, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
• Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees on employee-related matters.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
• 2 years' experience as a HR Generalist or equivalent in Construction Industries;
• Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience with Info-tech software is preferred;
• Competent in MS Office
