Job Summary

Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying team to achieve project and financial goals through effective contract management, cost control, and strategic collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying team by setting clear goals and driving performance to meet project and financial objectives
• Manage project profit and loss by administering contracts and controlling costs to achieve financial targets
• Establish and monitor QS and contract management processes to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation
• Negotiate and settle contractual and cost-related matters while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Apply construction law expertise to provide strategic contract leadership and collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying discipline
• Proven experience in major LTA project

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software
