Mooncake Tasting Promoter (F&B – Mid-Autumn Festival)

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Promoters to join our mooncake tasting campaign during the Mid-Autumn Festival. You will play a key role in introducing our festive mooncake selections to shoppers through live sampling and engaging conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live mooncake tasting sessions and explain product features
• Engage customers warmly and offer personalized recommendations
• Drive sales by highlighting festive promotions and assisting with orders
• Maintain booth cleanliness and ensure sample replenishment
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (training provided)
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to supervisor

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B sales or product sampling is preferred
• Passionate about food and festive traditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Additional Information

• Training will be provided
• Uniform and sampling materials will be supplied
• Candidates must be available for the full campaign period
• Work Location: Shopping malls / pop-up booths across Singapore
• Employment Type: Part-time / Temporary
• Working Period: 4th September – 6 October 2025
• Salary Range: $12 per hour
