Key responsibilities

• Develop individual career strategies for executives and senior professionals.
• Help clients identify their career goals, strengths, values, and leadership potential.
• Support clients through career transitions, promotions, executive-level job searches, or changes in industry.
• Help clients build a strong executive personal brand and professional positioning.
• Prepare clients for senior-level and C-suite interviews, including leadership questions and case discussions.
• Provide guidance on salary and offer negotiations.
• Develop clients’ executive presence, communication, influence, and leadership skills.
• Help clients build effective networking and job-search strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback and challenge clients to identify blind spots and overcome career obstacles.
• Maintain long-term coaching relationships with clients and track their progress.

• Experience working with senior executives and leaders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
• Coaching certification (such as ICF) is often an advantage
• Previous experience in HR, executive recruitment, leadership development, consulting, or senior managementcan be highly valuable
