Project Executive (Signage)

Signage company at Loyang Drive is hiring Project Executives. Our wide range of projects involves are from Institutions, Residential, Hotels and direct with government agency.

Candidates with related experience such as graphics design, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architectural drafting, Mechanical Engineering are welcome.

Training will be provided.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday
830am to 530pm
Saturday:
830am to 1230pm (Alternate Sat)

Remuneration & Benefits:
- Project Allowance upon completion of project
- 14days Annual Leave
- Possess own transport: Allowance $500
- Incentive pay out twice a year (For full attendance & punctuality)
- For successful bring in sales, incentive allowance will be provided upon completion.

Job scope & responsibilities:

- Brief designers hybrid or locally to prepare shop drawings for submissions.
- follow up shop drawing approval and mock up approval
- survey / coordinate on site install location
- Attend meeting with client / site walk
- work and monitor closely production status items
- arrange for installation once item ready
- update QS items completed for monthly claim
- Arrange site walk for handover verification/ As built / defects closure.
- prepare Method statement/ permit to work prior to works on site
- Follow up defects, complaints if any for successful closure and receive of payment.
