Operation and Retail Assistant (Permanent Part Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations and Retail Executive to join our team. You will manage stock and inventory, assist customers in finding the right apparel, and maintain a neat, efficient retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Count, pack, and restock apparel stock accurately to maintain inventory levels
• Arrange and manage physical inventory to ensure organized stock storage
• Assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and helping them find suitable apparel
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers to support smooth operations
• Maintain inventory records and keep the retail area tidy and well-organized
• Take initiative to identify and resolve operational issues promptly
• Multitask effectively under pressure while maintaining composure
• Demonstrate positive energy and a proactive, can-do attitude during all tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to carry heavy loads such as apparel items
• Availability to work 3 to 4 days per week
• Willingness to work at locations in Choa Chu Kang and Woodlands

• Part-time position with an hourly rate of $11.50
