CHILDRENS DENTAL CLINIC RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Specialist Children's Dental Clinic team in at Parkway East Hospital. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience. This is a full-time position that is integral to the smooth running of our dental practice, and it is a 5 day work week with one of the mandatory days being a Saturday.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable

• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle patient inquiries

• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with patients

• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as billing, filing, data entry

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Support the dental team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the practice

What we're looking for

• Must be Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients.

• Proficient in reading and writing English and Chinese

• Proficient in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude, and must like working with children and teenagers and their parents

• A passion for providing exceptional patient care
