We are hiring 6 Months Temp Front Office Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front office enquiries and reservation requests

• Assist patients and visitors with check-in and check-out processes

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person

• Greet and attend to patients and visitors professionally

• Assist patients with their luggage and escort them to the wards

• Maintain a neat and presentable front desk and lobby area

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards when serving patients

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Able to commit for up to 6 months

• Able to work a 42-hour work week

• Able to work Monday to Sunday, including weekends and Public Holidays on a rostered basis

• Able to commit to rotating shifts:

o 7.00am – 4.30pm

o 10.30am – 8.00pm

o 1.00pm – 10.30pm

o 10.00pm – 7.30am

• Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
