🌟 RECEPTIONIST | 2-MONTH CONTRACT 🌟

📍 Location: Northeast

💰 Pay: $14/hour

📅 Contract: 2 months (extendable)

⏰ Working Hours: 8AM – 8PM

🍴 Break: 1 hour

💼 Employment: Contract for Service (CFS)

📌 Working Arrangement

• Candidates will be rostered on a fixed schedule

• Schedule: Mon, Wed or Fri OR Tues, Thurs, Sat or Sun

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors/guests and provide directions/information

• Handle phone and online enquiries

• Register visitors and manage guest requests

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up

• Handle billing, update guest records and manage facility bookings

• Prepare shift handover and reports

• Perform other duties as assigned

👤 Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with visitors and guests

• Good communication skills

• Able to commit to the full 2-month contract
