Admin Executive

Benefit:

• 5 days’ work (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to phone calls and email enquiries from customers.
• Liaise with clients on work schedules and service quotations.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders promptly and accurately.
• Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, record updates and document filing.
• Maintain records of incoming workshop goods and prepare service quotations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Service Department.
