Engineer

Job Description

• Handle technical enquiries from clients and consultants.
• Provide technical support to the production and sales teams, including pre- and post-sales activities such as product submissions, proposals, quotations, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct on-site product installation training and carry out periodic site inspections.
• Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
• Research and support value-added technical and cost-effective designs to meet clients’ requirements, using structural engineering calculations and relevant design codes.
• Collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to align customer requirements, standardize solutions, and support future product development.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / AutoCAD Revit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, training provided for suitable candidate.
