Job Description:

• Support the FPA team to ensure data integrity for the Singapore branch and SEA (and provide coverage for East Asia).

• A direct report to Country CFO, this role will also contribute towards in the following aspects of financial planning and analysis:

• Track the Singapore and SEA (and provide coverage for East Asia) performance against the approved budget from coverage and product perspective.

• Support Group Finance on finance systems and initiatives implementation through leading the rollouts across APAC locations, focusing on Singapore.

• Monitor SEA country performance versus the approved budget from coverage and product perspective, including revenue, costs, returns, RWA and NIM. Assist with communication of financial forecasts and performance analysis to the Regional and International Finance teams, key business stakeholders, country CEO’s and East Asia CEO.

• Assist with preparation and submission of MI reports for SEA countries, adhering to accuracy and within a timely manner, including but not limited to performance packs, recurring MI, ad hoc reporting and analysis, EXCO and ALCO reporting.

• Provide support on finance systems implementation and other initiatives impacting the East Asia countries, including participating in the UAT of Group Finance and Regional projects. Assist with the standardization of MI packs, including ALCO and EXCO packs, across the East Asia Region.

• Assist with providing meaningful financial insight, commentary and variance analysis for SEA country performance. Assist with the forecast and budgeting process for SEA countries in line with strategy.

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across East Asia to enable objectives to be achieved. Help to drive effective and coordinated relationships across the East Asia Finance teams to ensure quality customer service delivery.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy or similar w min 3–4 years of relevant working experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and or similar finance/controlling roles
