Operations Analyst (Banking/CBD/1 Year Contract/Up to $6000)

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented analyst/coordinator with experience in data reporting, workforce analytics, system testing, and stakeholder coordination. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, preparing management reports, supporting system testing activities, and coordinating with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Data Reporting

Collect, consolidate, and prepare monthly operational performance reports across multiple locations.

Ensure data accuracy and provide management with timely reporting and insights.

2. Workforce Analytics & Reporting

Maintain and report workforce data, including headcount and staffing information.

Support workforce planning, resource tracking, and management reporting requirements.

3. System Testing & Validation

Conduct testing and validation of automated processes and system enhancements.

Verify that system outputs are accurate and functioning as expected after changes or upgrades.

4. Production Support & Issue Resolution

Assist in analysing operational or system issues, investigate root causes, and support resolution activities.

Participate in testing of system fixes and enhancements before deployment.

5. Governance & Stakeholder Support

Prepare reports, presentation materials, and data packs for management meetings and governance forums.

Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure reporting and meeting requirements are met.
