Technical Officer, Facilities Operations (Shift-Based)

Responsibilities
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and equipment breakdowns.
- Supervise maintenance works carried out by technicians and contractors.
- Monitor facility operations and ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
- Support facility improvement projects and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, building services, or electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- LEW certification is an advantage.
- Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
