Quality Control Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control and Operations

• Inspect the Incoming, In-process, and Outgoing product in accordance with the respective inspection plan.

• Perform inspection in accordance with the respective work instruction.

• Decide and make judgement or decision on matters of Quality concern based on the product specification.

• Report any Quality problem to the respective Section Head / Assistant Engineer / Production Technician.

• Ensure only accepted finished parts and correct quantity are pack into specified container / packaging in accordance with the respective work instruction before sending to store.

• Update inspection data and other specification documentation.

• Maintain the tidiness of the work area and equipment.

• Guide and train new operators.

• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality Management System

EHS Management system

• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with ISO14001 (Environmental) and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) Management System including EHS policy, procedures, and guidelines.

• Responsible and accountable for work that involves environmental, safety and health matters.

• To identify and assess any work risks, recommend risk eliminations, control risk through risk mitigation and safe work procedures.

Requirements

• Min. Secondary Education

• Over 2 years-experience in QC inspection and able to see/use microscope

• Use of any measurement equipment is a plus.
