o Upgrading and updating Infrastructure Components
o Building and operating Citrix Environment
o Profile Management Windows Roaming Profile – Citrix UPM – MS FS Logix
o Setup and maintenance of Citrix / Azure infrastructure
o Support multi-cloud platforms
o Architectural changes on Citrix XenApp / Xen Desktop landscape
o Handling of 3rd level support (incidents and service requests)
o Vendor ticket handling with Microsoft, Citrix, HP
o Debugging with the right set of Tools
o Troubleshooting Citrix based problems with good understanding of fundamentals
o Troubleshooting based on Citrix Director
o Continuous service and stability improvements
o Hardware support for Client Virtualization infrastructure (on-site in Singapore) in collaboration with the local Data Center team
o Accountability for monitoring and patching of infrastructure
o Automation of tasks using PowerShell
o Handling SSL Certificates
o Participation in technical team sync calls
o Participation in internal customer meetings
o Packaging and deployment of software using SCCM / PowerShell / Chef
o Perform evaluation and testing of any new Citrix client
o Perform periodic and emergency systems maintenance including patching.
o Coordinate with third-party suppliers and SAP internal departments on related support activities
o Coordinate with various teams for the daily operations, plan and execute scheduled activities
