Online and Digital Marketing Executive (Retail) (Merchandising) / Entry Level / Immediate

Responsibilities

• Drive Online Sales: Support online merchandising strategies, product listings and promotions to grow sales and profitability.

• Manage E-Commerce: Handle daily online store operations, inventory, orders, product updates and customer enquiries.

• Digital Marketing: Assist with campaigns, content planning, promotions and digital marketing activities with the A&P team.

• Market & Trend Research: Track customer, fashion and market trends and recommend new products, suppliers and promotional opportunities.

• Work with Suppliers: Support vendor negotiations, promotional programmes, meetings and supplier communications.

• Analyse & Improve: Prepare sales reports, monitor performance and recommend improvements to the online store and digital marketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Merchandising or related fields.

• Min 1 year of relevant experience

• Good communication, analytical and organisational skills.

• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Passionate about retail, fashion, e-commerce and digital trends.
