ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll Administration

  • Assist in processing payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate computation of wages, benefits, bonuses, deductions and taxes.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in HR and payroll systems.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payslips, tax forms, and salary discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation of payroll reports for HR Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal controls.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits, including medical insurance, leave and employee welfare programs.
  • Process salary adjustments arising from confirmation, promotion, increment and other employment changes.
  • Coordinate insurance enrolment, renewals and employee claims.
  • Assist in salary benchmarking and annual compensation reviews.


Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and relevant labour regulations.
  • Prepare and submit statutory contributions and reports, including CPF, IR8A, IR21, and other government-related submissions.
  • Support payroll audits and maintain proper payroll documentation.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and payroll regulations.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS.
  • Prepare employment-related letters and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration where required.
  • Assist with HR projects, employee engagement activities and other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Info-Tech System will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, MOM requirements and payroll practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet payroll deadlines.
