Retail and Operations Associate

Job Scope:Manage e-commerce platform
Manage retail outlet(s)
Effectively manage the daily retail sales, order fulfillment, customer relationships.
Customer Service Excellence - Provide a high-standard level of service to all customers by being proactive, identify and solve their problems, and always be professional and courteous.
Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines and brand standard.
Manage retail promotions, sales, marketing programs
Effectively manage loyalty program

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Min. Diploma graduated
Min 1-2 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail;
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with people.
Sales and Results focused with high energy
Strong interests in events, florals, crafts preferred.
Demonstrated track record of successful client management and a portfolio of VIP clients.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Google Ads, FB/IG, Mailchimp).
Must be Singaporean Citizen/PR
