Senior Engineer (AI)

Role:

• Design and maintain scalable, secure, efficient data ingestion pipelines on AWS with business stakeholders.

• Design and maintain vector stores, embedding pipelines, and RAG architecture on AWS for AI-powered applications.

• Write and maintain clean, reusable, well-documented code for agentic workflows using AWS-native services and serverless architecture.

• Develop and maintain AI evaluation metrics and guardrails for AWS deployment

• Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure correctness and reliability.

• Apply algorithmic expertise to optimise data processing, retrieval, and inference workflows for performance and accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in agile cycles: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in LLM and Agentic AI workflows.

• Experience with data ingestion pipelines for RAG.

• Proficiency in Python.

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with AWS AI Services.

• Experience in agile environments with CI/CD pipelines on AWS.

• Freshers with a strong academic background may also be considered.

• Must be able to obtain security clearance due to project sensitivity.
