Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to placement and after sales support.
• Understand hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, interview and recommend qualified candidates.
• Manage, coach and support recruitment team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop recruitment strategies and monitor pipelines, placements and performance.
• Negotiate service agreements, recruitment fees and employment offers.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable Singapore employment regulations and fair-employment practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate, client and placement records.
• Handle recruitment-related issues professionally and promptly.
• Prepare regular sales, recruitment and performance reports for management.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the company’s growth plans.

Requirements:

• Valid CEI (KAH) – Non-MDW certification is required.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least five years of recruitment experience, including two years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s recruitment market and employment practices.
• Proven experience in client acquisition, account management and team leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, resourceful and able to work independently.
