Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end contract adminstration of projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and submission of Main Contractors progress claims, variations and subcontractors certificates.
• Correspondence and follow up with clients and subcontractors.
• Record and maintain monthly report.
• Maintain data accuracy in software or other system with proper documentations, filling and entries.
• Assist in the management and tracking of project costs and certificates.
• Coordinate with Project Team, Main Contractors and Finance on contract and claim matters.
• Participant in the preparation of final accounts and retention claims.
• Ad Hoc admin duties.
