About this job
Process payments to third parties accurately and on time.
Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare journal entries.
Prepare monthly audit schedules and supporting documents.
Ensure all system transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
Process monthly staff claims.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounting and audit matters.
Support finance-related projects and system enhancement initiatives.
Assist in improving finance processes and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and internal controls.
Review the appropriate accounting treatment for payments and work with business units to ensure timely processing.
Perform other duties as assigned
