Full-Time Admin Assistant

Job Highlights

• 5 days a week
• 9AM to 5PM

Job responsibilities:

• General office administration
• Oversee submissions and maintenance of all related halal matters
• Provide administrative support for Operations department; SFA licensing and renewal, Halal licensing and renewal, submission of documents for new outlet renovation and other related duties
• Provide administrative support for Purchasing department – preparing and updating the inventory report regularly
• Conduct regular audits at outlets to ensure accuracy of inventory reports
• Work closely with Functional departments (ie. Operations, Purchasing, HR, etc) to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Support operations and outlets in administrative work

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Job requirements

• Min. 1 year administrative experience.
• Familiar with MS Office applications, Word, Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Able to converse and write in both English and Mandarin.
• Initiative, self-driven and independent.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to work with staff across all levels
