BEAUTICIAN

Roles & Responsibilities

-Provide professional beauty treatments, including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, manicure, pedicure, and other beauty services as required.

-Conduct consultations to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

-Ensure all treatments are performed safely, professionally, and according to company standards.

-Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the treatment areas.

-Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, tools, and products before and after each service.

-Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

-Maintain accurate customer treatment records and product usage records.

-Monitor and maintain beauty equipment and report any defects or issues to management.

-Assist with stock checking and ensure beauty products and supplies are properly stored.

-Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and hygiene standards.

-Keep up to date with the latest beauty treatments, techniques, products, and industry trends.

-Assist other team members when required and maintain a positive and professional working environment.

-Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Beauty Manager or management.

Requirements

-Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a beautician or in a related beauty/spa environment—good knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and treatment procedures.

-Good customer service and communication skills. Friendly, pleasant, professional, and well-groomed personality.

-Good attention to detail and ability to provide personalised services.

-Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.

-Willing to learn new treatments, techniques, and products.
