Admin Executive

Job Summary
Provide administrative support for operations, including import and export shipments, inventory control, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities

Import & Export Coordination

• Process import and export shipment documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and filing.

Inventory Management

• Update inventory transactions in the system.
• Monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with stock counts and stock reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Administration

• Prepare delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and related documents.
• Maintain proper records and reports.
• Support warehouse operations and order fulfillment activities.
• Liaise with internal departments on inventory and shipment matters.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory administration.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
