Planner

Preparation of drawings and design information according tothe requirements of on-going projects and / or tender specifications

Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detaileddrawings for tender submission

Space planning, carry out conceptualize design and generateperspective drawings

Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors, orProject Managers to understand requirements

Manage to handle all project Documentation & planningwork

Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work

Ensuring that projects are completed on time and withinbudget

Liaising with surveyors, engineers and architects

Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members,clients and stakeholders

Breaking large jobs down into phases of development

Using project management tools to plan timeframes

Working with estimators to calculate the resources neededfor a project

Planning contingency programmes in case timeframes change

Meeting with contractors and suppliers

Demonstrating knowledge of construction

Writing bids for tender

Managing several projects with the support of juniorplanners

Working between offices and construction sites.
