Accounts cum Admin Executive

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle bus provided from AMK MRT Station)
Salary: $2,800 – $3,800

Accounts

• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable using QuickBooks.
• Calculate and process salaries, CPF and OT claims.
• Prepare and issue invoices and receipts to clients/vendors and follow up on payments.
• Submit revenue claims via government claim platforms and follow up with the relevant person-in-charge to ensure claims are successfully credited.
• Prepare and generate quarterly accounting reports for auditors for GST claims and audit purposes.

Admin / HR

• Apply for and renew permits with MOM.
• Ensure all company insurance policies are arranged and renewed.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers on services, product purchases and/or renewals, including property agents regarding new/renewal rental arrangements for nursing staff.
• Support other administrative duties, such as ordering stationery and office supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks will be an advantage.
