Senior ERP Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation (Banking Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation programs for banking and financial services clients, from initiation through design, build, testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Lead ERP implementation activities across Finance modules, particularly AP, AR, GL and Fixed Assets.
• Manage ERP modernization initiatives involving migration from legacy ERP platforms to cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to translate business requirements into ERP-enabled processes and solutions.
• Oversee requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration alignment, integration planning, data migration, testing and cutover activities.
• Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, implementation partners and third-party providers.
• Lead or support RFI/RFP activities, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation criteria, proposal reviews, scoring, selection recommendations and executive readouts.
• Engage senior executives, program sponsors, Finance leaders, Technology teams and business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of project or program management experience, with significant exposure to ERP implementation programs and finance transformation in the Banking Industry
• Proven experience delivering ERP implementations within banking or financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP-enabled finance transformation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple ERP implementation projects covering – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Lease accounting, Procurement
• Experience delivering ERP transformations involving migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Rise or other ERP systems
• Strong track record managing large-scale, complex or multi-workstream transformation projects.
• Strong vendor management experience, including oversight of system integrators and third-party implementation partners.
• Strong experience leading RFP/RFI exercises, vendor evaluations, software selection and contract negotiations
• Ability to engage senior executives and translate complex project topics into clear business impact and decision points.
• Understands the basics of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability and enthusiasm to adopt AI tools and solutions in day-to-day work
