Project Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects remain within approved scope, budget, and timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and external partners.
• Establish project governance, processes, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, including experience managing teams or multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
