Student Admission Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Student Admission Executive to support student admissions and enrolment operations. The role involves managing pre-enrolment documentation, coordinating immigration-related applications, and assisting with internal reporting to ensure accurate and timely administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries via email, phone, walk-ins, and online platforms in a professional manner

• Process student applications and admissions documentation accurately and promptly

• Verify completeness and consistency of academic, identification, and supporting documents

• Prepare and maintain student records, enrolment files, and admissions data

• Assist in the preparation of reports related to student enrolment and fee protection arrangements

• Coordinate Student Pass applications, renewals, and related documentation submission

• Liaise with students, parents, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate admissions and enrolment processes

• Support orientation, enrolment briefings, and onboarding activities

• Ensure proper documentation filing and adherence to internal procedures
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related disciplines

• At least 1–2 years of experience in admissions, education administration, or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Prior experience in student admissions or education administration is an advantage
