Job Description:

• Ensure that the store is opened punctually and computer systems are user-ready

• Upselling weekly specials and practice plus-selling

• Handling payments/ cash flow in the pharmacy

• Maintain proper daily sales records and perform data entry into SAP system

• Maintain and monitor stock levels and replenish stocks in the pharmacy

• Perform goods receipts and handle inter-branch transfers and error reports

• Assist in compiling information and filing of retail documents in a neat and organized manner.

• Assist to coach and orientate new staff on retail workflows and pharmacy activities

• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum possess GCE N Level and above

• With Retail / Customer Service experience are advantageous
