COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

The Role

Due to continuous growth and expansion, we are looking for highly motivated, driven, and ambitious candidates seeking a career in global shipping, transport, and logistics.The successful candidate will join our existing global team with the role focusing predominantly on the China market, with the emphasis on developing the export business.

Below would some key requirements for the role;

• Role will be for commercial executive predominantly responsible for customer service, marketing & sales, maintaining inhouse systems
• Preferably have min 3 years experience in logistics industry. Ideally with experience in shipping or ISO tanks
• Extremely good at prioritizing work in a highly organized manner & capable of working in a time sensitive environment
• Willing to learn new skills & be a team player
• Mandarin speaking a preference

Duties will include:

Successfully executing import and export movements in line with customer requirements.

Update the Bulkhaul in-house container management system

Daily communication with overseas offices and agents.

Negotiating rates with customers

Providing daily progress reports to the Commercial Manager.

Core Skills/Attributes

College degree in supply chain management, logistics or related discipline preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication skills.

Outstanding work ethic.

Superior teamwork abilities.

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and customer needs.
