Railway Operations Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise operational personnel at assigned work locations.
• Conduct staff roll calls, site inspections and safety briefings.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, PPE and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures and safety requirements.
• Coordinate daily activities with site coordinators and operations controllers.
• Monitor the proper use and condition of equipment and materials.
• Report manpower, operational, safety and disciplinary issues.
• Support incident management and recovery operations.
• Assist with the supervision and OJT of new personnel.
• Perform shift or weekend duties when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in an engineering discipline, GCE A-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five years of relevant working experience.
• Supervisory experience in railway, construction, transport or site operations is preferred.
• Able to lead teams and conduct safety briefings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, perform overtime and respond to emergencies.
