Railway Operations Site Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manpower and operational activities at assigned work locations.
• Manage staff reporting, shift deployment and transportation arrangements.
• Liaise with the client, contractors and site stakeholders.
• Conduct attendance, discipline, uniform and PPE checks.
• Communicate operational notices, instructions and safety information.
• Coordinate site access, materials, equipment and logistical requirements.
• Monitor operational and safety compliance.
• Support incident reporting and corrective-action follow-up.
• Prepare manpower updates, site records and weekly reports.
• Conduct site inspections outside normal working hours when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in an engineering discipline, GCE A-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five years of relevant working experience.
• Railway, construction, logistics or site-operations experience is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Able to work independently and conduct safety briefings.
• Able to perform overtime and work on weekends or public holidays.
